If you rent a unit online, you can move in any time during gate hours. If you’d like to work with a manager, do so during normal business hours.
The only documentation needed is a form of government issued I.D. Include proof of ownership if storing a vehicle. I.E Registration, proof of insurance.
You can make a payment on our website, in person, over the phone with a credit/debit card, or via mail with a money order or check. You can also arrange your account to be paid automatically each month with a credit or debit card.
Everyone’s needs are different. If you’re unsure the size of unit you need, please take a look at our Size Guide to help figure out what’s best suited for you. You can also stop by the office and our on-site manager will show you a few options to help narrow the search.
No. Each tenant is given their own unique access code to the facility. This will allow you access during gate hours to your unit, regardless of business hours or holidays.

All contracts are on a month-to-month basis. However, we do require a two week notice before you move out. Units must be vacated by close of business on the last business day of the month.
No. Our rental agreements are on a month to month basis. There is no obligation to stay for any length of time.

FOOD. We like to keep the critters out. We do not permit storage of improperly packaged or perishable goods, flammable materials, explosives, firearms, weapons or other inherently dangerous materials. Storage of hazardous materials, toxic materials, drugs, chemicals, and/or other pollutants is strictly prohibited.
Yes. We have handcarts available for your use at any time and furniture dollies can be provided at request.
Yes. We have enclosed units able to fit most standard sized cars and trucks. Vehicles must be stored with a drip pan or cardboard below to catch any fluids.
